These are some of Dom's kefir grain's progeny, very fast growing when most of strained out lumps are returned for next batch. Mine are used to whole organic milk mostly, occasionally actually get raw whole cow or goat milk (the latter is the best as it is naturally homogenized, and rather like half and half). Will be happy to help get you started on the "champaigne of yogurts" aka real kefir grains!
