Notes: They are big and healthy! In the last 8 weeks they have reproduced at an amazing rate. I started out with enough for one quart and am now making 30 quarts of "thick as milkshake" kefir every 24 hours!! Only raw Nubian milk has touched these grains....they are even rinsed with the warm milk each morning.
