My real Kefir grains are provided locally. I do not ship. These grains originated from Nanaimo, British Columbia and were raised on organic goat and cows milk. These are very healthy grains that grow quite rapidly. Contact me via email to arrange drop off/pickup of Kefir grains. There is no charge.
