I provide 1-2 tbsps oflive Kefir grains that have been continuosly cultured in cow milk. My grains are not to be confused with direct set cultures. Once you have these grains, you will never need to order more as they will last forever with proper care. Kefir-making instructions are provided with the grains to help you get started.
