I've had my kefir grains since 2005 and I use them with organic fat free milk. I live in Austin and if you live in the area you can pick them up (if I have any available). I've shared my kefir with some of my relatives so if I don't have any I may be able to provide you with other sources. I've had amazing visible results with mine! Drink to your health!
