Nice healthy, happy, live kefir grains in raw milk in Tempe, Arizona. Email me for more information or to make arrangements to pick up. Grains are provided in a small jar covered with enough raw milk to nourish them until you get them home to start your own batch. Raw milk is not necessary, but sure makes a friendly environment for your new friends. You will love caring for them and enjoying the delicious drink they make!

Kefir grains grow fairly slow, so people run out of them easily, and will not respond to you unless they have extra grains to share. Second thing, live Kefir grains are extremely resistant, so shipping them through mail is fine. Kefir grains that I shipped during coldest days of winter, or hottest days of summer still live and are shared by many members of our Kefir community. Mind you, I wasn't even shipping dried ones, but live, real Kefir grains. Thanks, Adnan.
