All prices are in Canadian dollars and shipping, handling and taxes are included.

Q: When and how do we ship our products?

Usually same or next business day via UPS ground or XPRESSPOST.

Shipping fees are already included in our attractive prices.

Q: Duties and Taxes?

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country (except Canada). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Q: Returns and Refunds?

Fitness for Less refunds a purchase (except the shipping fee) only when the purchase has been returned no later than 30 days from the purchase date, at the customers expense, and is in the original shipping package and no damage has been identified.

Fitness for Less reserves the right to refuse any return, especially in the following cases:

The damaged product has been extensivelly used before sending it back and is not usable any more.

In the case of a return and / or refund, the customer has to pay all the shipping fees the procedures require. It is recommended to insure all shipments to avoid the loss of the product during these procedures.
