Flavorwave Oven Recipes

1 dash lemon juice
1 tbsp vegetable oil (15 ml)
1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (15 ml)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard (5 ml)
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper (1 ml)
8 oz Brie wheel

French bread
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crackers or bread. Mix well.
2. Place cheese wheel in a small, shallow glass dish and poke it full of holes with a fork. Pour marinade over cheese. Cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours, or overnight.
3. Place a small sheet of foil on the top rack of the Flavorwave oven. Leave room around the sides of the rack and poke holes in foil with a skewer. Place cheese on foil.
4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese just starts to bulge around edges and centre is soft.
5. Serve warm with crackers or French bread.
